What’s on the menu this week

We have to acknowledge eating light and healthy meals is beneficial for our diet. This week I plan on sticking to my Meat Salad and Grapefruit grapes diet. This means I take three low fat meats, slice them up and add them to my organic spring mix salads, include a tomato and half a cucumber. This week I mixed it up somewhat by adding cut of broccoli heads.
This meal allows me to lose weight but still maintain a healthy lifestyle! I have my servings of vegetables, fruits and for now seeing this is lunch time it’s all that matters. Included with the lunch is one big glass of water. Avoid any fating drinks suck as cola’s or other juices.
What did I eat for breakfast?
Today I had a light breakfast as we always should but ensure we get some dairy and fruits. I took 2 sugar free yogurts and added half cup of sliced strawberries mixed it all together and that was my breakfast. Sometimes I add some fiber into the meal by eating an all bran bar during my 10am coffee break.
While I’m on the topic of coffee I would like to discuss the reality of how fattening a coffee could potentially be. Try to sue milk when you have more than one coffee. If you drink coffee a lot at work and you’re trying to lose weight you need to start thinking about what you’re adding to that black cup of liquid.
