I work in an office Monday – Friday and as the days pass I see myself gaining more and more weight! I’m 5 foot 10 inches and currently weight 195 pounds. (was 206 7 weeks ago OMFG) I’m in a long term relationship which has also allowed me to feel secure enabling me to gain even more weight by having late night snacks and eating fast foods.

Today I bring to you my life.

My name is John Smith I’m 28 years old for a few more days turning 29 and this is my weight loss story.

I purchased the Nintendo Wii. This was my first priority seeing we have long winters here in Canada and I need something to do during the winter season. After purchasing the Wii I proceeded to purchase the Wii Fit. This is an aerobic strength training game that allows you to exercise in the comfort of a private space and when ever you wish.

I’m very materialistic so I like to be thanked for a job well done. I also like to be assured I’m working hard at what I do. This feedback inspires me and allows me to work towards my weights loss goals.

So here I stand, 195 pounds and I’m ready to change my life. I need to lose weight and I need to do it now! I hope you hang out and follow me while I gain control of my life and try to move towards a better and improved self. I will keep you updated on everything I do in order to control my weight, eating habits and more.

You should know I have been exercising for 8 weeks now straight but only 4 days a week. I work out 30 – 45 minutes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Every day of the week for the past 8 weeks I have been eating the following.

Breakfast: I’m the morning I eat 2 yogurts brand name is Source. No sugar added this is very important.

Lunch: I have been eating a salad with nitrite free meat spread on top of it including a full tomato and half a cucumber. I also have a side dish of Grapes and Grape Fruit.

Dinner: For dinner I have many different meals but try to eat slowly and in moderation. If I need to improve my diets dinner is where it’s at. I don’t cook my own meals so it hit and miss.
